The game is currently available for preorder, and CMON said that people who preorder it on their site will get pre-painted miniatures, instead of having to do it themselves.

My first pet was a gray and white cat named Crève!

I first noticed it last month, after The 42M Record kayo.moe Credential Stuffing Data dump. I recognized that yes that’s a password I use with my email address, but that’s not a password I use for my email address, so the premise that anyone had control of my email was bogus. But it did mean I had to seek and destroy

Agreed. The Malcolm McDowell version (‘98) was brilliant, going full on Faust instead of camp. But that was not appreciated by the masses and short-lived.

But it wasn’t random at all. The 12th Doctor’s regeneration into a female is a direct response to the 1st Doctor’s blatant misogyny throughout “Twice Upon A Time”... which she recognized immediately upon seeing her reflection, and commented “Brilliant!” before being thrown from the TARDIS.

I have an old SD, analog TV in my home gym. I use a Roku with it, since it no longer gets over-the-air broadcasts. /shrug

I just found a stack of zipdisks, 15-20 of them, in my study. A full back-up of an old windows 3.1 machine from college. Trying to decide if the collection of Infocom and Sierra games is worth digging up a zipdrive. I can’t imagine anything else of value on there... a Napster library, maybe?

2-bits from a non-gamer that has some game awareness through osmosis and tech industry friends. Console and PC games are big industries, yes, but they’re not pop culture zeitgeist yet. Arcade games barely are, and that’s only through the filter of nostalgia.

For what it’s worth, Fastmail predates GMail by a good five years, and shows no signs of going the way of AOL, Yahoo! & HoTMaiL. We’re not talking about a flash-in-the-pan here.

“Let me do animations.”

Because they’re beetles. (“Bugaloo”, not boogaloo.)

Seems like each store has it’s own ideas about how to take advantage of the promotion and best serve it’s customers. Go figure.

I don’t think it’s overbroad. I think it supports a very basic, common sense statement: If you don’t know the provenance of the photo, don’t share it. Keep it to yourself, enjoy it as you will, but don’t distribute it further unless you have explicit permission to do so.

Number of axles (e.g. two axle passenger vehicle vs. multi-axle “big rig”) is measured by consecutive quick-hits on a single tube. Speed & direction are measured by single-axle hits on two tubes. Speed cannot be reliably measured with a single tube, as you posit.

I’m opposed to a generational heir. Son, daughter, granddaughter, whatever. A solid part of what makes Indiana Jones work is the time-frame of pulp adventures. You just can’t set this is the 60s/70s/80s/etc.

Either recast Indy, keep the canon and set another story in the 40s (before Crystal Skull). Or reboot with a

Which President mask was Anissa wearing? Reagan?

I was referring to the backlash for violating HER privacy, by informing the father.

Four tix for family movie... Two tix for couples movie...

Second choices would be Magic (1978) and Trilogy of Terror (1975), though I must’ve seen them later on television.
