I actually like this comic better as just the first two panels, really dark. Was a little disappointed it gets so goofy with the 2nd two.

It's pretty good in some fields, non-existant in others. Most scientific people will have good to very good english skills, general businesspeople, shops, restaurants - hardly at all.

It's really not very good. Students start learning it at a very young age, but it doesn't seem to take. If I had to say why, I'd probably say that the way it is taught is more geared to test taking than actual use.
