While I do agree that the Net Cafe owner is at fault, the kid should also be held liable for his actions. If the Net Cafe is getting fined and stuff, that kid should be in detention or something.

I wonder if this will reduce or increase the Japan hate in China right now. Manga/Anime fans learns to love Japan for the media they are providing. Now that the Chinese are getting less(or late) of this, will they miss Japan and realize how pointless the hating?
