my uncle is amputated at the shoulder; about 20 years ago. He is unable to wear a proper prosthetic, yet. (All of the ones available to him are no better then limp plastic pieces)

I have to agree with a couple posters here. When i am in slim down mode (i regularly cycle in the offseason), I wake up, have a protein shake and a quick cup of black coffee, and go for a jog. IT WILL WORK WONDERS. had to caps lock that.
