So, there's the explanation as to why Katrina hasn't used any badass witch powers: Henry was blocking them. But apparently not her ability to talk to birds. At least we got to see her use them in the river before she went back to being imprisoned.

It speaks a lot to how much the writers and Tom Mison have made me care about Ichabod that, after only two scenes with her, they made me yell, "No! Not Miss Caroline!" at the TV.
Nice use of bold formatting. It really helps capture the gravitas.
Personally, I was too busy thinking about how predictable it was that the criminal would steal the watch to think that Holt was behind the whole thing. It caught me by surprise at the end.
but was put over the top by the revelation of Holt's genius plan
One-dle + one-dle = toodles.
I like Mellie because she has put up with a ton of crap. I've sympathized with her more than with Fitz, who is terrible. Sure, she's an awful person, but there's a reason she's an awful person (unfaithful husband, being forced to stay with said husband, raped by her father-in-law, etc.). What's Fitz's excuse?
The truth is, it just became such a chore to keep up with. I always found it quite boring (they keep stretching things that should only take a half dozen episodes into a full season), and there's so much TV on Sundays that you just can't watch/record it all (and hunting it down online is a pain for something I only…
Oh, man, I thought I'd get to stop hearing people complain about Laurel once the writers started to give her better material but…
There was also a scene when she was visiting Moira in prison at the beginning of the season that was quite excellent.
meep meeeep.
I had to turn on closed captioning to see what he said after he chugged the rest and walked away from the table. If anyone else was wondering, he said: "It's hot under the foam."
Damn you, cookies! I wanted to perform the login ceremony.
I think I'm with you. And I don't give up on shows easily. The only other show I have outright quite was The Walking Dead. However, this show has the benefit of being on a night where there's nothing else on that I want to watch, so I'll probably continue for at least this season. I still like Mellie. And I'm…
ZING!
It was great how he is clearly an adversary, but also extremely likeable. Like, he'll stab you in the back, but you want to thank him for some reason.
I remember hearing that she was coming back in season 3, and I was like "Oh, that's nice," but NOT LIKE THIS!!!
I wanna know what dates Felicity has been on that are worse than almost getting blown up.
Knowing nothing of Flash canon, I'm assuming he isn't in the comics then? It wasn't clear to me if he was supposed to be evil or not. The look on his face at the end was kind of neutral.
Add Baron von Steuben (?) to the growing list of people Ichabod trained under. This is becoming a great running joke.
