I didn't mind the obvious twists, partly because I didn't think they were that obvious. I guess I was a bit surprised because I thought they were going in a different direction. For example, I could have sworn the farm help girl was going to turn out to be a demon.

I couldn't disagree more. I absolutely loved this episode and thought it was maybe the best since season 5. It was funny, had some neat special effects and some great character moments.

I thought it was clever the way that the poop was only ever implied, never seen. But its presence was definitely felt. I think the trombone bit helped a lot in that regard.
