Just keep the high quality first-party single-player experiences coming and I’ll be a customer forever.

“Cornhole is too white. Let’s play bocce!”

In all seriousness, I would like to hear Dr Emilio Lizardo's expert opinion on this.

Yes. Just Kotaku repeating content to get more clicks.

This was already posted on the other story about this on May 9, wasn’t it?

This doesn’t land, because “eats, shoots and leaves” and “eats, shoots, and leaves” both read the same way in English. “Eats: shoots and leaves” is what the joke seems like it would set up, but because colons and commas aren’t interchangeable and nobody would ever read them that way, it just... it doesn’t land.

I don’t entirely disagree, but the thing with games is that you can have spent the last twenty hours of gameplay gadding about in some corner of the map crafting the ultimate Chocobo hat and could now really use a refresher/explainer of exactly what the hell was going on with the plot ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I’m sure I’ll get dumped on here, but as a fan since the original, I have not fully understood what was going on in a Final Fantasy game without outside sources since FFVII.

Part of it is because I played FFVIII-X in a communal environment that kept me from just playing through and finishing it, and part of it is

Most importantly, tip extra. A lot extra. Most restaurant and kitchen staff are already burned out just on regular food, their heart dies a little every time you come in. See that advice about picking one place and sticking with it, note how staff turnover starts to rise when you regularly eat there. Go there with a

You’re legitimately an idiot if you think any corporation is adopting AI art tools to make it easier on their artists instead of outright replacing them. Like I really can’t stress how fucking stupid you have to be to not understand that.

If I had Aubrey Plaza money I would probably do the same thing (though not through iTunes, yuck).

Not every inch of my room. Every inch of my floor, maybe. Seeing that big exhaust on top, I though that maybe it had enough suction to climb walls and vacuum my ceiling too.

Yeahs it’s shitty. Some companies really go all in on “kickstarter only” shit. I stopped buying games from companies that do that shit. I don’t fault small companies for using kickstarter but limiting content for kickstarter only is bullshit

The kickstarter side of the hobby just looks like influencer culture and FOMO dialed up to 11.

Randos with YouTube accounts are being given far too much power.

I’m pretty sure iTunes, when I still used it, got rid of some songs I paid for after they no longer carried them in the library, so I don’t see why they couldn’t also do that for movies and tv.

To be fair, that was brought up in-story, with it being one of the motives for a certain character’s actions. We don’t have an answer to that yet, but it does sound like something that may be explored in the future.

I really enjoyed this game, but the main quest “Find a lost empty city” felt dull, and full of questions.  I also just don’t see how you can give directions to a secret location and not expect the Empire to figure it out within a few years.

struggling to find enough people” AKA companies not paying them a wage that people are willing to work for
