Are you really saying that people who know nothing about computers are automatically stupid and have no other intellectual strengths?

Yeah, I agree. Whenever I hear of a TV show making an Apple parody I cringe at how bad it probably will be. It's so overdone.

I watched that episode. It sucked. It didn't feel like The Simpsons at all; it felt more like Family Guy, with all the lame and obvious jokes and desperate references to current events. I thought it was the worst episode of the season so far.

Tiny bezels and no company logos on the front, please.

You missed a zero.

I've had the opposite observation. I've seen shit loads of Apple sarcastic Apple insults, like "Didn't you know? Apple invented aluminum and sleek design." If anything, Norbs' comment is refreshing.

And you're the first type.

It does boil down to personal preference. Benchmarks may be the only way to objectively compare browsers, but my point is that it really doesn't matter that "Chrome tested worse than even Internet Explorer in the HTML5 and WebGL tests."

They might be the best in terms of pure performance, but that difference is negligible. The real test is usability. Firefox (at least on OS X) feels so clunky and slow and Safari lacks features. Chrome wins for me.

I never understood the appeal of Dolphin. I tried it on both my old Android phone and on my new Android phone and saw no noticeable different. And, seriously, Webzine?

1. Could you kindly quote when I attacked him? Because I didn't. You jumped in simply to join in attacking me.

Download managers like these (e.g. jDownloader, DownThemAll) do "break the file into smaller chunks" by simultaneously downloading different sections of the file. jDownloader, for instance, supports up to 20 connections per file. So, if I'm downloading a 200 MB file, one connection will start downloading the file at 0

Sorry, but no one cares if you think homophobic personal attacks should be allowed in Giz comments.

Because few people buy tablets based on how many ports, microSD slots, and gigahertz it has? I would think general speed, future support, and app availability are the most important factors for the vast majority of buyers, even on Gizmodo. Android tablets are simply not there yet, at least on Honeycomb.

In terms of 3D graphics and pure hardware performance, this might be better. In terms of general UI animations and scrolling, I doubt it can touch iOS, at least on Honeycomb. It is pretty hard to compare "speed" between platforms, because there are many definitions and categories—general use, or benchmarks and 3D

Considering that you have literally not contributed to this thread for any purpose other than to attack me, call me a troll and fanboy, and bring up your grudge against me, I would say you have fulfilled the very definition of "ganging up."

No, Charliehorse "started it" by jumping in and calling me a troll out of nowhere. Then you and darkly joined. In fact, I tried to make this thread more mature by making proper replies despite the fact that you already began attacking me, but your response to that was just more attacks.

While you guys (painfully obviously) compensate for your deficiencies by ganging up on me, I will be away. Goodbye.

Er, I'm sorry I thought you compared Steve Jobs to Hitler when you only compared him to Stalin and Pol Pot?

You don't expect that your PC will be upgradeable to the next major OS? Because everyone I know does. Most people assume when they buy a computer that they will be able to get an upgrade to the next operating system. I bought my MacBook Air in November 2010 assuming I would be able to get Lion, and I did. I'm guessing
