You're obviously not a "moderate" Christian, so my post (which, by the way, you completely missed the point of) does not apply to you. Also, ha, "actual discussion about religion." Sorry, but atheists will not get into a discussion about why Adam and Eve ate the fruit from the tree or whether or not humans have free

Religion isn't the antithesis of science... if you ignore all the parts where it is. In fact, "moderate" Christians will do this to legitimize their religion against anything. Bible says slavery is OK? Ignore that part! Bible says to kill disobedient children? Ignore that part, too. Bible says God created earth in six

No need to be so sensitive, dude. He was making a lighthearted comment, not insulting Western food. The only person here who sounds like a troll is you.

Criticizing Gizmodo for carelessness is one thing, but that's clearly not what the OP was doing, nor was it what OrnateFreak was addressing. If I have to spell it out for you, the OP was accusing Gizmodo of being biased against Android, so OrnateFreak called him a troll.

Oh my god. I know this is old, but I seriously have to compliment your post. There are way too many Android users with a ridiculous burning hatred for Apple who seem to appear out of nowhere in every single tech article. They accuse writers of being biased for the tiniest details—one guy actually accused Gizmodo of

Also, that's not a trollface.

Those are very vague categories for comparison. For one, Kings, Firefly, Fringe, and AD have great plots while Community does not. Also, Community only doesn't "lean on convention" in the most literal sense, with uniquely ridiculous situations and characters. But otherwise, Community's characters are pretty flat and

To be honest, I used to like Community. I gradually dropped off midway through the second season. Only when I recently tried getting back into it did I realize how awful it actually is. That paintball finale definitively turned me off from the show forever.

I watch plenty of low-rated shows. In fact, I've watched and enjoyed every episode of AD, Firefly, and Kings. Fringe is also one of my favorite shows. None of those series are comparable to Community other than in ratings, though.

Then I'm confused. What's the point of patenting an invention when other companies can still freely use it without penalty?

You're taking my analogy too literally. My point is that the welfare of a child (i.e. preventing pregnancy) is more important than counseling and parental notification or consent.

Community is the most overrated show ever. Its "jokes" (i.e. obscure pop culture references) are cringeworthy. It's on the verge of cancelation because its only viewers are people pretentious enough to sit through that half hour.

The paramedics at the scene of a car accident should not leave the teen bleeding in the street while attempting to call his or her parents. Obviously, the parents should be notified at some point, but the welfare of the child should be put before parental notification or counseling.

It's not even an opinion that Apple phones run smoother than Android ones. It's a simple comparison of framerates. That's not to say Android doesn't have value in other areas, but anyone with eyes can tell you that iOS (and WP7) runs substantially smoother than Android.

I don't buy your argument. Larger products are almost always made up of tons of smaller inventions; you can't have a product like the iPhone if someone had not first invented the LCD, Li-on battery, CPU, capacitive touchscreen, etc. All of those components are useless on their own until put into a "larger product,"

I'm only a douche for calling you out on a meaningless complaint that, when asked to clarify, you can't support.

Compared to shitty Android phones, they run smoothly. Compared to an iPhone, not even close.

What exactly is being questioned here? Are you saying Moto's patent should be invalidated?

Okay. It still doesn't change the fact that Lazarus511 does not know what s/he's talking about.

And get unstable Android performance?
