I don't know if "more than a year away" constitutes on the radar but seriously, how many games do we know will eventually be released at some point in time? Next you'll be shocked that Activision is making another CoD.

I don't think Nintendo really worries about pissing off the old fans of any of their franchises. The Nintendo audience is easily the most loyal, forgiving, and eager out of the 3 console fanbases.

I'm not arguing the role CoD or Mario have played in videogame innovation. Or that an audience that has the right to enjoy whatever game they like to play.

You touch shiny black shit?

If the next-gen Call of Duty was called "New Call of Duty," I'd be saying the same thing. While I agree that Call of Duty is stale after ten years, imagine what Mario Bros is after twenty-five?

Price?

"New Super Mario Bros." is an oxymoron.

There's nothing wrong with lowered expectations :)

L.A. Noire was decent...

That's the thing about Sony; they have 14 first-party studios alone that are all working on something. The Last Guardian gets delayed but they still have a number of games, including new IPs, to take its place. If you think all they showed at the press conference is all they have, you are mistaken.

Third party deals, plain and simple.

Well, we don't exactly know where this game begins or ends up just yet. I agree that the prequels aren't exactly necessary stories but they do flesh out the character of Kratos a little bit. Both PSP games were about Kratos trying to atone for his past while the PS2 & 3 titles were more about his vengeance against the

I think this game takes place between Kratos becoming the Ghost of Sparta and Chains of Olympus. They seem to hint at a period when Kratos tried to end his pact with Ares after the death of his wife and daughter.

We're actually seeing gameplay from The Last of Us after seeing only trailers. And (hopefully) gameplay and a release date from The Last Guardian.

Off the top of my head, Sony has The Last of Us, The Last Guardian, and new ip from Guerilla Games and Quantic Dream. Most of which will probably be at their E3 keynote.

Sure...any day now...

I'm not complaining, it's just every movie Shane Black writes (with the exception of The Last Boy Scout, I think) takes place at Christmas:

What is it with Shane Black and Christmas?

They would rather have our money than our admiration.
