I read the comments on this article from mid-1995 initially for the craps and chuckles, but it’s just depressing how it feels like a million years ago that people were genuinely asking whether or not Trump was, in fact, actually running for president.

I’m watching the Carol Burnett special right now and despite the senior-targeted commercials and the hokey interstitial bits and the stilted couch chat and some skits that would be questionable at best today, either it’s still funny or I’m older than I care to admit.

If he circles the wagons tightly enough, the GOP will collapse into itself and form a singularity that’ll result in the annihilation of the universe. That’s about the extent of my optimism.

Totally agree - it’s consistent with one of the overall themes of the show that everyone accepts each other as they are, and “fixing” Teddy would’ve been a bit of a disappointment.

Saw a production of “Amadeus Live”, which is the movie “Amadeus” on a big screen in a concert hall with the score performed live by a touring orchestra and local choir.  Not having seen the movie in its entirety since it was in theatres, I realized about 75% of it went over my head as a kid.  

The terrible ones have terrible jobs. They would have better jobs but femoids and Chads are oppressing them.
