Although I may not use it often, I would like the transcriptions option. It helps when they’re discussing spoilers or topics I don’t care about. It would be great if it was standard to have podcasts/podcast apps with starting points in time of a each subject. Transcriptions can also help when you want to speed

It’s hard to say how many potential customers they would have to recoup the costs, but I would totally use more public transportation if I could understand it. Every map I look at seems like a chaotic mess. It should be something I can understand in less than 10 seconds and shouldn’t feel overwhelming from the moment

That was a lot of fluff to arrive at the point: Sclass is ‘different’ because the photo shoots and afterparty are more upscale/fancier. That’s what it seems like, based on this article. The title suggested something different and bigger was happening.

I had to watch that multiple times because the slip-up was so short. While, I don’t think the difference was extreme, it wasn’t minor either.
Thanks for posting that. You would think the author of the article would include a clip of her real voice instead of two clips of her fake voice.

You can extend the life of a razor blade cartridge and receive a better/smoother shave like previous uses if you clean out the buildup of hair and skin from between the blades. A craft/X-Acto knife, or any other small and thin tool can be used to clean it out. I imagine a tool that could blow/suck a powerful and

That’s it? I was expecting something like you pick something out of the jar when you are rewarding them.

Five countries. I don’t think anyone would really want to do this unless those counties were vastly, vastly different.

Another reason to do it: They may have used insults and/or racial slurs to refer to you/your table. Search ‘insulting receipt” or “racist receipt’ and you’ll see plenty of examples. Racists are stupid, but you would think they wouldn’t be dumb enough to do that. Gizmodo even wrote about that once:

I forgot to mention that they once took away tipping so that they could kind of decide how much FSS make. The furthest lengths FSS are required to go to when delivering is handing it off or leaving it if the customer says so. If a customer just had surgery (and maybe the reason they’re using Instacart) and wanted to

They are a shady company. Before, they gave customers the option to adjust the service fee higher or lower. Some might think ‘Service Fee’ might mean that’s the tip; it isn’t. Do you know of any other company that asks you if you want to give more money to corporate for a good/service, but not the people providing the

Lengthy because of some background info (you don’t have to know it all but it’s there for those that do).

When you tip with a card, it can be at least a week until the server receives that tip. Financial situations can vary, but most servers are paid less than minimum wage and are probably working that job because they don’t have a lot of money.

Thank you SO MUCH. That’s a HUGE help. It is much closer to what I want. I just want to walk into an office(if not digital), drop off/send my documents, maybe answer any followup questions they have in one or two rounds, and be done with it. I’m guessing TaxSlayer is one of the companies that lobbies to not have our

To me, that’s a 2-part...problem? The first part is where I bear legal responsibility, like you said. But if the second part is actually preparing the taxes, then I would rather have someone that holds professional credentials.

I’m not super-rich and/or in a super-complicated tax situation, but I’m happily willing to pay those prices to not have to deal with my taxes and have them done correctly. My situation may be slightly more complicated than the average person and there’s just a whole lot of confusion for me on the forms. To me, it’s

Whenever I see one of these articles, the solution is almost always ‘Use this software’. That would be fine if I could just scan/photograph the physical documents and copy the digital documents. Like you said, it’s more complex than it should be, but so are the solutions.

I just want to hand off my documents to a CPA or an Enrolled Agent and be done with it. I’m willing to communicate 1-2 times if they have questions, but that’s it. The LifeHacker article “How Do I Find a Good Tax Professional” has a defunct link for The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Even when

Yeah, I was thinking they’re running out of cash. Though, I don’t know how much money other companies have invested and how much HQ is making off ads. The user base is dropping and they offer a large cash prize every day(I think. I play intermittently because of HQ Words).

I think there’s either an extension for Chrome or Firefox that does this. I may have found out about it right here on Lifehacker or one of the sister sites.

I like the white backgrounds, but I am trying to use dark mode more (mainly because of the environmental impact). To conserve battery power, I’m also thinking about purchasing the ‘remove ads’ options in apps. Google is offering a credit between $3-$5 right now on their store for a good amount of people. It expires on
