I couldn’t come up with it when I saw the survey, but now it seems obvious: Lexus LFA. They are still marvels over a decade later, they are rare, beautiful, and are already being sought after for collections so they’ll stay in great shape.

THIS! We rented a car with the feature and it was amazing how much we used it

At the height of zero car availability, we got a rav4 hybrid at MSRP with minimal dealer fees. It just took patience and flexibility

The tax rates should be based on wealth multiplied by horrible tastes

Subaru is one of those brands where buying slightly used rarely makes sense. Same for most toyota products

Add in: Customs was always a disaster there

This is mine. “oh sure it has 17 warning lights when you try to start it, it just needs a cabin air filter which I don’t have time to install, but I will include”

For sure, but any time a group is told they have unlimited power, it is only a matter of time until someone goes crazy with that power

>A little push towards the earth by an orbiting garbage scow is all that it takes to burn this crap up in the atmosphere

Comments like this make me angry, I need to go let off some steam

Right, in engineering there are rarely things that cannot be done. Just mostly things that cannot be done in a cost effective manner

>Not what the law says. So yes, clearly unpopular

We need to stop giving drunk drivers any benefit of the doubt though. He intentionally drove drunk, that’s all the intent that I need

Don’t forget the derogatory comment about parenting that makes you immediately know he was a really shitty father

I mean the Sky/Solstice should be the ultimate examples, that was the mandate from Lutz. He knew there wouldn’t be enough sales to justify much R&D, so they needed to keep all of those costs as small as possible.

Same story as all the “supra sales are falling because everyone hates it” stories. Nope, there just isn’t any inventory, and what is there is marked up. Within 100 miles of san diego there are a total of 27 GR86 actually available to purchase. Of those, only 10 are listed at MSRP, and I’m doubting those are even
