@vinod1978: I can only speak for myself. I care about price and availability, ease of use and getting my monies worth. That is why I own products other than Macs. I find that often "low" price or "availability" sucks ie: I don't like "itunes" - a "free" product and I would be very suspect as to why any smartphone…

@Runkle: Fair question. It is part of job situation. Our elderly clients are more "comfortable" with note taking vs typing on a laptop. Also there is rarely a suitable place to comfortably set up a laptop.

I am not a big HP fan... last 2 products were real duds... But "handwriting recognition" with a pen is a big plus.. I will definitely check that out.
