These will go a very long way, just like any exercise get some stretching in first and keep it easy slow and no jerky movements. Not trying to set any weight or rep records, consistently doing the light training is the important part. Really have to stick with it for over 3 weeks for great results.

huge way to fix that is some light upper and lower back strength training 3 - 4 times a week.. Work up to 20 reps, 20 each arm and leg pair for the first one, and increase from there if needed after a couple of months. Little under 20 minutes and it will do wonders.
