Yeah, but the audience knew that was coming, so it was ok. This event came so far out of left field it just felt cruel. And following Andy Sr. through the day, having to tell his ex wife, dealing with the morgue, etc.
The previous episode had featured such a heart squeezing moment when he hugs his son after the

NYPD Blue- "A Death In The Family". That episode tore me up. Andy Sipowicz has just re-established a close relationship with his son from his first marriage. His new wife has just given birth to a boy, everything is going great, and BAMMO! Andy Jr. is gunned down while being a good Samaritan. And after months

Pfft. Every comic book reader knows (from reading the ads) that the Riches made their money by selling Grit Newspapers.

Because, unlike all other groups, minorities, special interests, etc, fat people, bald people, and blondes are all valid targets for mockery and humiliation.

I still think this is just a thinly disguised attempt by Columbia Pictures to promote the Cameron Diaz/Jason Segel movie "Sex Tape"

All kidding aside, I really like Boyega in "ATB" and think he would be great in this movie.

You F@%ker!

Arg! I hate being caught in an wrong "fact". In the article itself, I read 1973, assumed that they were referring to the Who album, and the did the backwards math to 1969. Mea Culpa! I KNEW "Next" was released in '71.

Max Allan Collins wrote a series of books on Ness' life after the Untouchables days. I remember them being quite good, and very informative. The unsolved status of The Torso Killer murders, and his problems with the bottle, pretty much finished his career.

Abbey Road (four year before Who's Next) had a synthesizer. "Because" and "Maxwell's Silver Hammer" for example. Jus' sayin'.

I think Spiegelman probably regretted the animal metaphor as the story progressed, and he found himself trapped by it. He alludes to at the beginning of one the chapters, as he gets bombarded by media attention, and gets questioned as to how he would portray Israeli Jews("Um…Porcupines?")

One word: "Maus". Now, tell me how the Holocaust can't be portrayed in anything other than standard storytelling.
