If you go down the hill faster you will require less acceleration (gas) at the bottom which does save gas, assuming there isnt a stop sign there. The only way to easily peel them is to use older eggs. Fresh eggs will stick no matter what, older eggs (1-2 weeks) are easy to peel using any method. Stop chasing the impossible.
