Wasn’t it with that Abby someone actor?

He still has money?

I’d dump Chris Pratt for putting his shirtless selfie on the Internet and whining about his brother made him (???). It’s cool Hollywood wants to pay you millions to get in shape as the next Chris, but maybe cool it with the half-naked selfies? We get it, you’re desirable.

I was at a charity committee meeting for a local domestic violence shelter when the news came in. We had a lot of fun quoting our favorite lines of hers from the trial!

I have no interest in her music but that testimony gave me the chills. So awesome!

I was neutral on Taylor Swift prior to this lawsuit. I now have a newfound respect for her. She acknowledges she has the privilege and bank account to fight. Her $1 settlement is an enormous win for all of us women who have been sexually assaulted (which sadly, is most women).

She isn’t spotless, but I think she’s pretty fantastic.

I don’t generally like Taylor Swift and assumed I didn’t care about this much really. Then I read through her testimony elsewhere and I have all the respect in the world for her now. How could you not? I will probably continue to dislike her music.

Look, I’m not a Taylor Swift fan, but I am a fan of women standing up to their abusers and not backing down. There are lots and lots of problematic things about Swift, and she deserves to be criticized for those things, but this situation is not one of them. This man and his lawyer came at her and tried to make her at

This is why Brie Larson is going to be a Marvel superhero, and Casey Affleck is just an asshole with a fugly beard.

Casey Affleck was brilliant in Manchester by the Sea and absolutely deserved his Oscar.

Metaphor (not good obvy) - some Drumpf voters and racist olds. Older than Sybann.

If America had a VP-elect who waved his dick at press conferences and literally ate shit, it would apparently be disrespectful to boo because of the position alone.

The New York Times is smug as fuck and not in a fun or cute way.

Let’s just stop right here and throw up the chart.

Agreed, it’s bad. But Congress gave Obama a choice: do nothing (literally) for eight years while they blocked every move he made through legitimate channels, or to find ways to do the things he was elected to do. I’m glad he didn’t just do nothing, and it bugs me to see him blamed for executive overreach. Don’t blame

As I mentioned elsewhere, I really hope the history books also note that Obama was faced with a possibly historic level of obstructionism from Congress. So he was forced to get creative with executive power in order to govern.

Compound Trump’s terrifying shortcomings with Obama’s strengthening of the Executive and a Republican-controlled Congress, and you have a recipe for unchecked executive overreach.

I went to my local bar for a beer, it was dead silent in there...every one of us hunched over our beer. Went for coffee today, same shit. Making eye contact in my town is hard, it’s depressing AF out here.

This morning I heard a co-worker (whom I respected!) say, “If this country is so bad, then get the fuck out.” As an immigrant and a WOC I was infuriated. I had to get up and leave my office. I am conscientiously apolitical in my office and have encouraged others to do the same. I just. I just cannot. This is funny,
