With the dissolution of teacher’s unions in Wisconsin, you have seen the opposite. Valuable teachers (ESL, special ed) who are good at their jobs…

That’s pretty much what unions regularly do. Restrict the earnings of top performers to the benefit of all union members collectively. For Deadspin to then criticize this in the case of the NBA shows a lack of understanding of how the process usually plays out.
