I tried Yo-Kai Watch. The game was made for a very young audience and the combat was a puddle deep with no challenge. Kid out grew the game.

Wow who wanted this law passed? Probably Nintendo. Or is this just a case of more Japanese officials inheriting roles rather than actually earning them. So, there may be a lot of incompetent people in their gov’t (more so than even here).
This all comes across very odd and sudden. Maybe he just wants out, who knows. Cynical side says there’s something he’s trying to run away from, perhaps fraud or guilt and that buyers beware. Who knows, Korean business laws and traditions are probably very different from our own.
Because Europe requires AC adapters to be sold separate, so to save themselves money, they use that policy here too.
Tomb Raider was never first party. It was on Saturn after all and PS1 does have a lot of first party software. Look it up.
Most games still didn’t have licensed tracks, so not really.
There are plenty of games that aged just fine. Xenogears, Twist Metal 2, Street Fighter Alpha 3, Tony Hawk 2, Castlevania: SotN, Tomba, Klona, FF: Tactics, ect. Many simply weren’t included.
The graphics are much better in 1080p+ with texture smoothing and other graphical enhancements.
I really do not like these changes. Not because they are nerfing these cards, but rather, over time, Blizzard has drastically reduced the power of the basic set. This is going to hurt new players, especially over time as the game’s popularity wanes.
Expansion packs do that you know. And they were a much better value then what we get today.
“Games when I was a kid were done when they were released.” No, there were many games that were rushed to market and utter trash, but some bigwig said fuck it, ship it anyway, it’ll sell. Lets take the rose-colored glasses off for a moment here.
We used to get these things called “expansion packs” and they were much cheaper than this current system. They also aren’t exploitative.
They game is so grindy, you could argue it’s mandatory to enjoy the game, depending what type of person you are. Which is precisely why I won’t be playing online.
That’s pretty hypocritical, considering, you’re here doing the same thing. People comment on articles, so what? We’re trying to have a discussion here. Maybe you have never had the displeasure of working with someone like this COO from Riot, but people that are raped/harrass rarely make this stuff up. So yes, it’s…
Are you insane or so young you haven’t held a job in a professional environment? In what world would you not get fired for assaulting a co-worker (which is what “ball tapping “is) or farting in their face? Only if you’re the COO at Riot Games apparently. I’m at a loss for words as to how corrupt Riot is.
Create a ticket with the better business bureau. Companies are pretty quick to resolve them usually.
It came out on 10/26, so it has been out over a month. Second, Rockstar could’ve waited until the online mode was more fleshed out to release the game and they chose not to.
I’m surpriesd he didn’t get a “your ancestor didn’t swim across the Caribbean” and desync message.
I think the reason the devs want to make mobile games is because they’re never home anymore. The labor standards in the video game industry are appalling and will continue to be until they unionize.
lol don’t we all, don’t we all...
