Are there laws explicitly saying I can’t buy a Sony TV from a Sony Store? Do high demand items get thousands of dollars in markups added to them? If a woman walks in to the store, don’t we both pay the same price? Does the price increase after talking to a manager?

Tons of people rely solely on services like Zipcar...e.g. I live downtown and I don’t commute via car so I rarely need a car. When I do, I can just use a Zipcar. Most of my friends and a good chunk of my co-workers use a combination of Uber, Zipcar and public transit instead of owning a car.
