My Core Duo (not even Core2Duo) MacBook (upgraded to 4GB ram and a 7200RPM hd IIRC) could open PS in about 24 seconds so unless there were serious RAM/bloatware/font library issues, I don’t know how it could take that long to open on a much newer computer.
