Especially if it only comes in brown and has no drivers aids.
I think I’ll just wait for the 2-door variant of the M2 Gran Coupe.
I feel like they need 3 hosts at most times. Even the good Top Gear was at its best when it wasn’t just two of the three together.
Yeah, its a decent design but it feels like an MLS design to me.
It’s definitely a tough task to improve on what started out as an amazing design, but I can’t help but think the front looks a fair bit like the Genesis Coupe:
I like this. For the first time in as long as I can remember, it feels like I’m looking at an article designed for computers with a monitor larger than a second gen iphone.
What episode is that clip from? I don’t remember it.
Kind of like how if I get someone to make me a steak at a steakhouse it’s cheaper than if I made it myself? Oh wait, it isn’t. You can’t just look at raw materials cost, add in a lowball estimate of labour and come at a final price - that’s the mistake every unsucessful kickstarter makes when they fail to consider…
“If less is more, just think how much more more is”.
Yeah, I think it’s great. Increasingly, commenters here seem to dislike anything that doesn’t follow a very specific mold.
Or rather, say they’ll buy one, don’t, possibly wait until they find a salvage one on sale, and then complain when it inevitably gets cancelled.
And on top of that it is reallllly ugly. Around here everyone seems to love how it looks but I can’t figure out why.
Between this and the supercar doors post, I’ve never been happier with Jalopnik’s content.
Absolutely. It’s an awesome design and sound. My second place goes to the Maserati GranTurismo S.
Previously owned a car, no need for it now as its just too much of an expense so I subscribed to Zipcar a few years ago.
Multiple people I know (including myself) use this instead of cars. We live close enough to work that we don’t have to commute, so these services are there for when a car is needed. There are condos being built here with less/smaller parking garages because of transit and car & bike sharing.
That is probably a rarity.
Which makes me think it’s not a photo from Toronto, where it seems like every car here is a BMW.
