I’m guessing that the braking and cornering of these cars isn’t as good as stock (not to mention the instances of poorly modified ones where it looks like the subframe is about to snap), but is there any information as to how much worse it is and if it is materially worse?

To not annoy the driver, it could be something like on the Genesis I drove where if something is in your blindspot, that side’s mirror lights up a yellow light and if you try to turn into that lane while the blindspot system is activated it’ll vibrate the steering while and chime an alert.
