I disagree. I’m not a huge fan of the production design but I like the concept one shown there.

I’m surprised how many people here like the Juke but hate this design.

I actually think they both look good.

It looks like a photoshop of a Camaro or Challenger.

The concept looks like a sweet sports sedan and the production version looks like an economy rental car.

The production model looks meaner, but the concept looks better.

I like the little touch of black here. But as someone who likes the design and even some of the other Lexus designs (especially the IS but not at all the LX), I wonder if the design would actually push away some buyers....

I actually find it kind of ugly BUT I appreciate that it exists.

Oh I see. Well, that's Kinja for you.

1 Highway, 0 City.

Ask any non-Jalop (read: a large swath of car buyers) which brands they think of when they hear luxury...for a lot of people the badge is a major part of buying a luxury item and at the end of the day, most people would rather say "I drive a BMW" than "I drive a Cadillac/Infiniti/etc."

As someone who irrationally wants a BMW, I drove a Geneses right after and I was very impressed by it. To the point that I'd go for the Genesis instead of the comparable BMW if I was about to buy.

Its image because most people would rather say "I own a BMW" than "I own a Cadillac".

I drove the new Genesis and I was really impressed by it...to the point that I'd buy it over a comparable BMW.

Yeah, THIS is what you design when you don’t give a flying f:

Wow, at first I thought it was a Jaguar-clone and never thought about the Bentley except for the grill, but next to each other you can see the overlapping lines. Wow.

Yeah, it honestly shares a greater resemblance to the Red Accord than the Focus.

I forgot about that; for a minute I was thinking it was when the crane toppled over by the RIver Kwai and almost took out James.

Please be a hammock...please be a hammock...

Blame the system, don't blame the fans. They want what's best for the team in the long-term.
