Lexus had a lot of elegant, underrated designs in the past.

Being a bitter and jaded former Honda/Acura fanboy, I forgot how many awesome liveries there were for the NSX/HSV. Raybrig, Takata, Spoon, Epson, Castrol....

I was going to say M2 based on the hood, but I'm thinking this'll be a 4-door 2 Series (the new 1 series...) or a City car that'll be like a Mercedes B-Class.

It's a missed opportunity on their part.

hah! Poochie was the first thing I thought of.

-1 to me. I'm not sure how I missed that.

You the real MVP, unnamed employee.

Yeah, excluding the vents, I liked the concept interior better than the production one - especially the wheel.

Imagine a budget-clone of an X6 with a metal proboscis....the front fogs even look nearly identical to the X6.

Oh good, they're doing what they should've done about a decade ago, now that most of their former fanboys (myself included) have moved on to other brands and given up on Honda/Acura.

The Wolves won by a mile. The only doubt is how much the Cavs lost.

I think those are photos from an older iteration of the concept car at another car show. The vents, wheel and trim are different.

I thought those were photos of the old concept? It's not the same car as what's in the photos above (totally different vents, red wheel instead of black, CF instead of aluminum)

Here's a comparison of the concept vs the one that debuted this week:

If you look at exterior photo, behind the glared-shrouded window is what appear to be a seat. Maybe the interior is nothing but a seat and a wheel.

My biggest gripe is that dull middle part of the steering wheel.

I thought so but I've seen so many of them with Toyota GT86 badging here (in Canada) I wasn't sure if Toyota and Scion both used to sell them simultaneously or if everyone rebadged. Thanks

The way it was written made it seem like 86 was the non-Europe name and GT86 was the European name.

Is this actually sold as a Toyota in North America? I can't find any mention of it on Toyota's Canadian and US sites.

People who want a 10 sq. ft sized Mini are unaware of safety regulations. I'd rather have a "huge" car than have a car where I'm the crumple zone.
