I think its outrageous that Tesla is able to keep doing this. Between the name "Auto Pilot" and the use of the customers as development drivers/guinea pigs it is just crazy!

In the 60's and 70's GM added a similar weight that hung off of the tail of the transmission on many of its cars. It was there to dampen vibration as well but... It stopped the transmission from going into resonance vibration and breaking the bell housing. Hopefully the weight you removed is only there for comfort.…

You could take a deep dive into regulations and find out at least some of those separate reflectors are not required at all. Often the reflectors in a North American car are a place holder for the rear fog lights required in some European countries.

2 different sizes of diesel nozzles. The one you are used to and the high flow nozxle (3/4 inch). used for semi trucks. The latter wont fit in a diesel car filler. Many stations are upgrading to the hgh flow. I do believe it is not intentional but still annoying.
