See I battle with the idea that the show did her wrong. I think the show portrayed her fine...but misogyny is so deeply ingrained in our culture that people walked away thinking she was worse than the rest. 

Wow this is the exact same plot of Dead set. Written by the creator of Black Mirror.

Obligatory mention of Dead Set, Charlie Brooker’s (Black Mirror) zombie miniseries in the UK that used the real Big Brother as a backdrop for the zombie apocalypse.

Sounds like the premise of the movie Dead Set.

I thought they made this mini-series already?

This sounds a lot like the show “Dead Set” where the zombie apocalypse happens outside a reality show and they don’t find out until the zombies start breaking in to eat them... 

There were several damning parts of this email dump that stood out to me, and the most satisfying one was the missive from his own brother, which I’ve included below (quoted from this Vulture article), emphasis mine.

Hustlers was fine-it was not an Oscar worthy film, in my opinion. When people were gassing up her performance I was like wut even? She wasn’t bad or anything but the movie felt like it was trying and failing to be Lady Goodfellas (again, in my opinion).
