I drive 25 miles each way to work, but so does everyone else I work with. The facility I work in builds “things” for the government and they put it in the middle of farmland in the middle of North Alabama. Nobody in their right mind would live close to there other than the people who were there first. I enjoy the

Yes our country is big and places are far apart. I like that I live on 20 acres, several miles away from town and a hour from the nearest city. If I want to ride a bike I have a motorcycle. I can’t imagine living that close to anyone and dealing with City traffic every day. I did it when I lived in Miami 15 years ago

For most of the country Public transit isn’t a option because outside of the cities places are far apart. Our country is BIG. Added to that the stigma that comes with Public Transportation. Poor and Homeless people use Public transport in our closest city which is 60 miles away, and who wants to sit next to someone

Where I live bicycles are carried on the back of your car or in the bed of your truck. I haven’t owned a bicycle is 35 years because of this. You don’t commute by bicycle as there is no provisions, no safe roads to ride a bike that won’t get you injured or killed. You take your bicycle to either off road bicycle parks

Most Gas stations in the south have better food than more expensive restaurants. The Shell station I visit every morning has the best Chocolate Gravy and Biscuits around and they make their eggs to order, anyway you want them. Lunch is a Meat and 3 also.

The problem is it’s a Fit.

It has been known for a while that this I6 was going to replace the V8's in these vehicles. In a few years I would expect all V8's in the pickups to be replaced as well. I would like to see the Hurricane in the Grand Cherokee L too.

There already is Public transportation in the cities, However a majority of the land mass of the United States is not Cities. It is very rural outside of the major cities and places can be very far apart from each other. I myself live 65 miles from the nearest public transportation stop because not living in a crowded

The Local Jeep dealer has the Sport model Gladiator priced at Mid 30's right now. Loaded Rubicon’s are on the lots marked down to the upper 40's. You can get a cheap Gladiator right now

He should have waited. In my area Gladiator Rubicon’s are on lots for $48k today, with Sport models in the mid 30's. It seem that way everywhere.

There are 21 states with zero laws on the books about riding in the back of a pickup truck. A few that do have laws have loopholes allowing adults and children over 12 to be able to ride in the back.

you aren’t hauling 4 wheelers in the back of a minivan, and you aren’t going seriously off road in a minivan. Minivans make great highway cruisers, for vacations but otherwise they are still just not that great as a pickup truck replacement.

Any base model/Fleet vehicle of early to mid 80's Chevrolet/Ford half ton Pickup with their straight 6 and manual transmission. They are indestructible. I had a 82 Sierra with a 3 speed manual on the column and the only option being power steering on one of these growing up in the 80's. The same exact truck is still

I have an F350 I use to haul a livestock trailer, it gets 18MPG without the trailer and 10MPG hauling 21,000lbs. Unloaded its not much worse than an AUDI wagon however it is much more capable.

The Australian one ton and an American one ton pickup are worlds different. a One Toner has a Payload of 1300kg or 2866 lbs.. The payload of a F-350 can be as high as 7,900 lbs and a GVWR of 14,000 lbs.. This vehicle would break at that much payload. Even an 1/2 ton F-150 can be configured with a maximum payload of

23,000 is a city around where I live. I live in a town of 1,900 people. We still don’t have to lock our doors at night. It is very nice living

I’m an Aerospace Engineer for the worlds largest defense contractor, and have been for 20+ years, with a Raptor R. My colleague who is also an engineer has an F350, and our Manager drives an Sierra Denali. There is also an TRX in the parking lot and at least a dozen F150's/Silverado’s/Ram pickups among other full size

So not collecting any paycheck and sitting at home is better than collecting a paycheck that doesn’t meet what the person thinks they are worth?

I traded my 18 raptor for the new Raptor-R a couple months ago and I daily drive it. Currently sitting at almost 2k miles on the odometer. Gas prices aren’t that big of a deal but where I am is not terribly expensive and has never been that Expensive. $3.80 for Premium. It is about the Smiles per gallon, and I have

I don’t think anyone wants to see an junkyard from their home, but from the photos of the property I have seen, it is covered up from view pretty well.
