I never understood how this thing got opened. I saw that TC show and the thing was a disaster even on the show. They finally got it to work with all sorts of questionable compromises. In the end, a free floating water raft should never have been used for a ride vehicle on a fast dropping ride like this. This is NOT…
Is there no third party responsible for safety checking amusement park rides? I mean yea, these guys are complete dickholes and deserve to go to jail for their part. But how did it get to the point where they were able to simply throw away safety test results and cover up injuries?
I mean.. probably? But this is literally the one time I don’t think a newsstory needs to be about Trump.
Is this the indicident where the American lawmaker’s son got decapitated? If so, look no further as to why the person is FINALLY being charged now.
When I was in high school in Ames, Iowa in 1972 the Alvin Ailey company did a show for our student body. It was truly amazing!! They got a well deserved standing ovation from the students. It is one of the fondest memories of high school during a time of turmoil. I can’t wait to see the movie.
I hope she finds a way to get that dress into the film.
*cue the bonus material on the DVD with Will and Jada Smith commentary on how Jaden was up at 4am every morning doing splits and punishing himself becoming Alvin Ailey and learning all his choreography SO HE DESERVES THE OSCAR DAMMIT!*
Alvin Ailey’s Dance Company: uncompromising athletic grace. Please be good, please be good, please do this man’s life work appropriate justice on the screen.
It is criminal that there has yet to be a real Big Movie about the life and times of American choreographer and…
That whole segment where the two desperately try to work out whether it’s fair to kill a disabled Nazi had me roaring with laughter.
That makes me so happy, I had to go outside and express myself in chalk!
Also pretty sure this episode again hinted at the fact that Abby and Eric are basically a younger version of both, with Joel getting way to hooked up on traffic congestion which is what Eric decided to spend his time calling for help informing Abby about.
I’m going to take anything these days which just takes as a given that Nazis are shitbags who don’t deserve any kind of benefit of the doubt as something to cheer for. Also, great to see they realized that if you’re lucky enough to get Nathan Fillion in your show, you don’t throw him away after a single episode.
Just the entire Nazi bit made this episode better than the previous two. That long joke with Joel describing the book case before going “I respect a man who appreciates the past” just before he notices it’s full of Nazi shit is amazing.
If you’re old enough for an HPV vaccine, you’re old enough to make your own brisket!!
Parents came and sat in on classes in my high school. Our math teacher instituted a scheme where whenever he asked the class a question in front of the parents we’d all raise our hands as if we had the answer, but we’d raise our right hand if we really did know and our left hand if we didn’t. He’d only call on the…
She wants a pressure cooker and she wants it now!
No, you were right the first time. Heather is definitely the best of the kids. I don’t really even know the names of most of the rest of them yet. But every time Heather speaks it’s gold.
Yea, she was killing it all episode but that closing line really got me. The way she’s frozen in fear and realizes it while he’s still leaving the room. She’s been a standout of the whole class so far. And that says a lot because the kids are all great in their own ways.
