I don't remember. It was a few years ago, but they were definitely full cups. Also, I did needed the double sided tape which I used to secure the cups to my dress. So basically, if you have a large rack use both sticky cups and double sided tape.

I had such a dress and wore those sticky things plus double sided tape. I needed the tape because my rack is on the larger side (DDs). It worked out fine, and I was able to dance. So, yes they are worth it.
