Did you ever see that episode of Law & Order Criminal Intent where they did a whole case about art fakes. Like this dealer hired this girl out of art school because she did such a good job of faking the masters. Some little small town curator noticed one of the paintings they got through this guy looked off and came

The historical village I volunteer has been open since 1976. They just got their 1st curator 3 years ago. The people who were working there are history people but being a curator is different. The rules have changed 100% since she’s come. Like everyone has to wear white gloves to touch stuff when before they didn’t.

Now playing

I think Ryan Reynolds/Deadpool tries too hard to be self aware humor and it doesn’t work. And using Celine Dion proves it. Like lately she’s somehow become aware of her over the topness and Deadpool knows he’s not the typical superhero so putting these two together should be hilarious!!! But it’s not. It’s flat

The best part of this whole thing is Chrissy Teigen can smell a good Twitter Smack down about to happen from miles away and drops everything.

Lil Tay is no different than any other youth star or celebrity, the only contrast is the platform in which she delivers herself. In the past, a youth interested in seeking out a career in the entertainment industry would be forced to work with the control and constraints of massive media outlets that would have

As much as I love Diana and everything that happened to her was horrible, there’s a part of me that now cheers for Charles and his marrying Camilla. The audacity you have to have to be like I’m going to marry this woman the whole country hates and stick around.

I don’t even know why they made a Frozen musical. I know they are milking that cash cow but was anybody really going into seeing this enthastically knowing Idina Menzel wasn’t playing Elsa?

What is this about not being a rapper if you’re not nominated for a Tony for the Spongebob Musical?

I think it’s worth asking. Just because you’re part of a larger oppressed minority group doesn’t mean individual people in the group can’t be assholes. I personally am tired of the you can’t be mean/hate on me because I’m gay or fat. What if you’re just an asshole of a person and it has nothing to do with you being

I still can’t wait to watch this! I still stand by my word that the audience for this is anybody who relates to the teachers in the movie and anybody over 30 who is on tumblr.

I went to college with a guy who was on Legends of the Hidden Temple. He was a friend of a friend We all gathered in his dorm room one day and we watched the VHS tape of his show. He was on he Silver Monkeys. Made it to the steps and that was it.

You know it’s gonna be a sad thing to watch when 30-40 something parents are dragging there kids onto this and those parents are way more excited. “You wanted to go to Disney; tough! I finally get to live out my childhood dream of digging out giant toe wax at 37!”

YES! I read that! It was insane!

Are you telling me in this day and age people are watching porn for plot?

It’s been over a decade since I’ve watched it. I took a class called Revolution and Romanticism in college and we read Frankenstein along with the Romantic poets and several obscure novels from the era, including Godwin. And essays like Vindication... by Wollstonecraft. I went to a Liberal Arts Honors College and our

Don’t be sorry. I’m American and a bit of an Anglophile and I know exactly the type of people you’re talking about. They are the same people who get all up in arms if you tell them there are Shakespeare scholar’s out there who love Baz Luhrmann’s Romeo + Juliet

Ahh I was off by a few years! It’s been a while, like 12 years. I took a class called Revolution and Romanticism in college and we read the 1818 edition. We also read her mom and her dad in that class. It was one of my favorite classes.

But the real question is it still good? Or is it bad? Or is it “Gothic” bad? Or is it “Gothic” so bad it’s good bad? Does this Lord Byron top Gabriel Byrne as Byron?

But her life is was twisted coming of age love story. Mary Shelley lost her virginity to Percy on her mother’s grave. I don’t know if we get to see that in the movie but it’s often said you can’t get more Goth than that.

Both are still out there so you just have to look: there’s the 1816 edition and the 1832 edition. You can do studies on them. The 1816 edition has a way more Romantic era feel to it. Where as the 1832 edition you can feel the Victorian influence start to creep in.
