You got me there. It IS dependent on how the developers and artists use the engine, rather than the engine being the cause of all the ultra-realistic, gray/brown landscapes. Borderlands is a great example.

No. Because holding up traffic can cause other things to happen, like EMTs responding to an emergency or anyone else stuck on the freeway that needs to be someplace RIGHT AWAY, but they can't because someone decides to think, "FUCK ALL OTHER TRAFFIC" and do donuts just cuz it's fun.

So. Tired. Of. This. He got played. His family, friends and team got played. Everyone who felt sorry for him got played. It's all good. Reading what I wrote, I don't blame you. A lot of people don't know the major changes happening in Gears Judgement and while I am still getting it, I'm not preordering and I might wait a day or two just to see what everyone else thinks first.
