I'm just pointing out that people waste too much time hating I what they don't like instead of promoting what they do. And much of the criticism for this particular moment in Man of Steel is completely without merit, since Supes killed Zod in the comics and even a completely DE-POWERED Zod in Superman II.

Since Superman has a LOOOONG history of killing Zod, it was hardly a mistake. If you don't like the movie, focus on something you do like.
