when I read the initial report, I gotta tell you the 100 mile range really kept me from looking into it any further. I don’t live in Chicago anymore, and I would want to ride this out in the country...96 miles barely makes it to my family’s house and back...

I saw Highlander: ENDGAME in the theater, and when Duncan takes Connor’s head some kid in front of us stood up, threw his hands in the air and yelled “FUCK THIS!” and walked out. We applauded.

Thank god, as a cosplay judge at conventions, the Tattoos (unless, of course the character has tattoos...like Ang, aren’t judged...I mean if you want to full experience just do what Vicki’s Secret does with its tattooed models....air brush them out in a photo editing program of your choice. 

depends on the people. I have a good number of cosplay friends who have them and a good number who don’t.

I got really good at dodging missiles...:-> I can actually Wild Weasel the SAM sites when I have the rocket Choppers.

I love Ghost Recon and The Division, but in both my buddies and I walk everywhere, or at least fly in the case of Wildlands.
I felt I got a good deal of “Role Playing” walking the streets of New York or the jungles or flying....but there is a fast travel system, and THAT totally breaks immersion for me. 

I am considering purchasing the Lite for my young nieces and nephews this Christmas...I feel that this is a better entry point than the switch for them. that’s how I see it.

holy shit....this articulates my experience in a way I could never even conceive. I worked very hard to reconstruct some sort of bodily autonomy, and I some days I don’t even know how to talk about it because how do I talk about changing something that surrounds me like air?

How can there be victims if that’s the price of admission?

Honestly that’s my experience in talking about these sorts of things.

Rumor has it that Red Dawn: the New One started as a Chi-Com invasion flick and they were required to change it.
