No point in reviewing a show that just going to get cancelled after 2-60 seasons anyway.

About a decade or so ago (shortly after PS4 and Xbox One launched) I was a Gamestop employee. My first full non training day actually. I was told to go out and clean the window and door just before closing. As I was out there a guy ran up towards me with a gun and put it to my back and walked me inside the store. Kept

Their resource allocation utterly baffles me. They’ll have someone write essays for each episode of SNL’s plodding carcass, but 80% of the shows on TV don’t merit a mention unless it’s about them getting canceled.

AVClub: *posts long article hyping up the next season of Doctor Who*

Happy Death Day. Even did well enough to launch its own franchise (the director has confirmed that Freaky is set in the same shared universe, and he plans to expand it some more).

I think it’s the one where it made $180 million and everyone under 35 can quote it

Low bar for “good” there.

I think the Myspace reference was intentionally long in the tooth, as it was an adult who hit him with his car and asked them if they were on Myspace, showing he was out of the loop.

I think the term high school movie refers more to the stage of life of the characters, not the actual setting.

The one red flag I’ve noticed is his ‘I love everyone’ philosophy does tend to veer into ‘we should tolerate people even if they don’t tolerate other people’ centrism”

Are we supposed to be too stupid to recognize the centralized right-wing grifter narrative where it’s obvious?

He has had plenty of time to respond. “I am very pro-vaccine - I believe Pfizer makes monstrous profits that hurts people”  There, done.

In the current context, calling out Pfizer super vaguely without context doesn’t scream pro-vaccine.

There is absolutely nothing anti-vaccine about calling out pharmacy companies for their bullshit. This is a terrible take, shame on you.

Some of this sounds like extremely online people drawing conclusions based on out-of-context statements, but I can’t respect anyone who willingly follows Jordan Peterson. He’s not a “deep thinker,” he’s a crybaby.

That seems like a rather silly attitude to have. There are two kinds of VAs:

Yeah my response to this news was “I’m happy for Ayo but I hoper she isn’t getting to big to put up with Sean and Hayes’ crap for an hour every 4-6 months.”
