Oh thank the Lord
Morgan Spurlock: I am a rapist.
I’m surprised no one else is calling him out for his subtle little “my assistant blackmailed me into confessing” bullshit. That addendum right there eliminates any good will I may have granted him for this.
No, I believe he can be a manipulative, dishonest person.
Nah, there are tons of people who could totally do that.
I think behavior is part of a continuum. It’s a scale from innocent to egregious. Yes you, and I, and many men might not be, say, 5 or 6 on the scale, but I think just about all of us could be 1s or 2s, having toed that line.
This letter is the most goddamn infuriating thing I’ve read in awhile.
Apparently the crisis management firms these creeps are hiring are finally learning some new tricks. These guys all get a heads up when reporters and/or bosses contact them to get their side of the story. It was only a matter of time before someone with half a brain used that lead time wisely.
I did dumb stuff as a teen (making inappropriate jokes and such mainly among men or online) and did so until my 30s, but when I realized it was wrong, I stopped. I never threatened a woman’s career or showed her porn or smacked her ass or any of that sort of thing. It’s really not hard to avoid that

Basically, she said no and he didn’t take her seriously.
Seeing a lot of people replying to his tweet calling him “brave” and “courageous”, and, nope. I’m glad he realizes what he did was wrong, and hopefully he’s sincere about his desire to change, but he doesn’t deserve to be rewarded with praise for this.
Does not exist...this is Carson’s natural state.
You mean the guy whose wife and family come in to the office and do work for him?
Yeah, and a massive PR fuckup is completely legitimate grounds for termination.
YAS!All scumbags in power positions exit stage left.
I’m guessing his having blabbed about it to someone violated his employment NDA.
Ok yeah this exec is a shitbag, but he is totally Netflix’s scapegoat here. All of their execs knew about the allegations and did nothing. They just didn’t happen to say it to someone’s face.
