Nope - but having someone one grab you and smack you in the face sure as hell is - that is called assault and you are allowed to fight off someone who is in the process of assaulting you

He wasn’t “beaten to a bloody pulp”. He was punched in the face a few times and it opened him up. That is the risk you take when you assault someone.

Johnson is an asshole - always has been. He was a well known slumlord before people thought he would be a Mayor - not to mention the sexual stuff that was out there as well.

Zero - Because when some nut job comes up on you from behind, yells at you while shoving you in the face (even with a pie) - you are allowed to fight back against that assault

I think many people are fortunate enough to have never been in an actual fight or be in a situation where someone is aggressively coming at them.
