Lied? I think that’s a bit extreme. I saw interviews and footage the same as everyone else. I also saw things like “early build” in the corner of the videos and heard Sean Murray say things like to not expect a “squadron-up dogfight together” sort of thing, but to expect “you might find a planet someone else has

you can summon your ship to you. walk a bit away and press down on the d-pad, select summon ship.

Points “Save the World’s” Tiny Instrument of Death and watches the missile follow the reticule.  You do know that there’s this whole other mode to Fortnite that predates Battle Royale and is being infested by BRats and Trader Tots from BR looking for “free vbucks” and thusly ruining the experience for those of us who

I think the London Spitfires should instead call themselves the Seoul Sabres or something like that.

256 colors? that’s johnny-come-lately early 90's VGA luxury. REAL DOS is either monochrome, has 4 colors (out of 16) or uses 40x25 or 80x25 text mode (16 colors), whippersnapper!

I am disappointed that Kotaku and other gaming websites seem to forget that there’s a whole other mode of FortNite that predates Battle Royale that ALSO had a large update in 5.0.   And a gentle reminder that some FortNite players don’t play Battle Royale mode at all, and are not overly fond of the young Battle Royale

Tunnel Snakes Rule!

Just let me play D1 on my Vita! While I still have the disc, the game has never been released on PSN. It’s probably due to several issues:

Nice find, though they should also lonelystream Youtube streams, since there’s plenty of people who aren’t “influencers” who don’t stream to twitch since twitch doesn’t permanently archive.

This is a pretty good review of one of my favorite games, but I have to disagree with the recommendation of preferring the DS version to play.

There’s no hoops to go through, if you have PS+ (which I highly recommend), On your vita, Go to Settings>Playstation Network>Automatic update settings> and click on the checkboxes for update automatically and upload saved data to online storage. Then you can choose which games upload on each games LiveArea by

Cloud storage of Vita saves is a thing, as is backing up saves on your PC with content manager.

Considering how Vita owners had/have embraced digital downloads over the years and also that physical Vita games and things are simply not available in most stores. Many games are also not available in physical form anyway. It means that it’s more convenient to go digital in the first place. This isn’t a big a deal as

Those “stupid proprietary cards” existed because developers, burned by piracy on the PSP (especially outside the US and Japan), insisted on a card format specific to the Vita that couldn’t be put into memory card readers.

You’re basically commenting about excessive gamer-dude japanophilia on a site called “Kotaku”. That stuff’s been going on since the 80's. Japanophilia was how some of the gaming press and gamers proved their “cred” back then. It’s why EGM in the NES and SNES days had their Japan report filled with games that they KNEW

That is not going to happen. Some grey haired gamer who streams once a week for isn’t going to catch the eye of Kotaku. Nah they’ll go for some goatee’d college drop out, or perma-grad-student cold-shoulder top wearing girly-girl with liquid eyeliner who goes gaga for Yakuza.

What do you expect when most of these famous streamers are a bunch of suburban white boys trying to act “tough” or “street”. Tone deafness comes with the goatee or shaved head.

White suburban gamer-dudes have been appropriating “ghetto” slang for decades. All these goateed streamer-boys going “aight” or “shiznit” is the same thing, appropriation of culture. Pat Boone, Elvis, NKOTB, N*Sync, same stuff different eras.

Don’t be too hard on yourself for not finishing JRPG’s. I’m going to say something that will probably earn me a bit of ire, after all the site’s name is Kotaku:

There is nothing wrong with the PSone version other than the load times, which are reduced with the PS2's, PSP’s and Vita’s fast load feature. In fact it has better color and sound than the DS version.
