I think it's because Deloitte is a privately owned company, which seems like a stupid reason to exclude companies. I had a friend that got 12+ weeks of maternity leave just a month or two after getting hired. It really is a great place to work by all accounts.
I'm really surprised Deloitte isn't on the list. One of the most female-friendly tech and accounting places, they've got great health benefits and amazing maternity leave practices.
