Unless I'm mistaken, it's default enabled. I gave myself a heart attack when I pulled my phone out of my bag once and discovered it had inverted. Took me a few weeks to realize I'd likely triple-clicked it without realizing.

If you don't want to go poking around a lot, just hit the home button three times rapidly and it will invert. Surprised how many people don't know about this.

Don't watch the other videos on this YouTube channel, then. Especially not Tails of Hope stuff, you will be at a shelter in 20 minutes with no recollection of how you got there.

I'm from Chicago and I was 16 when it happened, so enough of my friends were of age that it was scary to watch them think about (and eventually) enlisting. That whole time was such a tangle that I'm just awed when I look back at it. The sheer enormity of the emotion is staggering.
