“That doesn’t mean they get to impose their beliefs on other people and I think by far, Muslims in the U.S. agree with that stance.”
“That doesn’t mean they get to impose their beliefs on other people and I think by far, Muslims in the U.S. agree with that stance.”
I never said the left openly supports Sharia Law. However, they do openly support followers of Islam who either refuse to speak out against it or fully believe in it. Whether that is out of ignorance or an attempt at deception is anyone’s guess.
Well, there is a stark difference between Christianity and Islam, and that is Sharia Law. Which is like the Ten Commandments, but allot worse. If the Ten Commandments were just as brutal and authoritarian as Sharia Law, we would be having the exact same problems with Christianity. I would normally agree with you, but…
Anyone else tired of getting obviously scripted gameplay videos from developers?
I dunno, Edge of Tomorrow was a pretty good homage to All You Need Is Kill. It wasn’t the exact same story, but it followed allot of the things in the manga that showed it at least respected its source material. Not to mention this going to be a TV show, not a movie. So they aren’t going to try to squeeze all the…
Completely agree with you. I still think it would be rather weird to cast Asian actors in every roll given the vast differences in the characters’ appearance and backgrounds.
Why Asians? The ethnicity of most of the characters in Cowboy Bebop is pretty much a mystery given that the majority of them weren’t even born on Earth. It would actually be rather off putting to make all of the characters Asian cause it would make the characters look too similar to each other when they are so vastly…
Technically, since most of the characters in Cowboy Bebop weren’t born on Earth, their ethnicity is somewhat of a mystery. Meaning that Asian actors aren’t necessarily required to play the parts as long as they get actors that somewhat look like the characters.
Bioware is severing all ties with EA and is going back to its roots by making another KOTOR.
The first season is slow because they are basically introducing 8 leads simultaneously, which means it takes 8 times longer to get to the story. There is a story, you just have to get past all the character development at the begining to see it. Season 2 is where the story starts to hit its stride.
Those signs were an obvious paper cut hazard. That was probably the real reason they were confiscated.
I’m fairly certain all religions are cults. Being agnostic is a fairly good way to avoid most of them.
First thing that popped into my head when seeing Sombra’s dance.
So, by your own words, disliking Muslims isn’t racist as Muslims aren’t a race. Not sure what point you were trying to make there.
No, anyone can become a Muslim as long as they follow Islam. And people from that particular region can choose not to follow Islam, so then they can’t be called Muslims. So using that term to describe race is inaccurate and dishonest as you are trying to link a flawed ideology with a race to make any issues with that…
Islam is an ideology, not a race. That means Muslims (aka those who follow Islam) are not a race.
Agreed, this is pretty much a non-issue given that console players can get the same advantages that PC players have. It isn’t like console players don’t already have to deal with the people who own superior peripherals in PvP matches. The only real point of concern would be hackers taking advantage of the PC’s…
People will guess that the big bad guy is really just Khan which will then be promptly denied by J.J. Abrams. Then, when the movie comes out, we find out the bad guy really is Khan. And then a series of cross-over movies will come out where the Milky Way galaxy and the Star Wars galaxy fight each other to prove which…
Killing people in general is bad regardless of the “rewards”. Choosing to focus on one aspect of killing as being bad while turning a blind eye to all the other aspects is hypocritical.
And pretending that there was no exploit only delays the inevitable. Eventually, someone else will find it because hackers are always looking for exploits. Leaving it in place just assures that when someone does find it, everyone else will be blindsided by an attack that could have been prevented.
