I have had this problem. Gifs on the first page of comments work, but when I try to load additional comments the gifs go still. If I click the little magnifier in the upper left corner they work when they blow up, but not on the main site. I’m using Firefox.

My bank still reimburses me for ATM fees from ATMs that are owned by another bank. It’s not automatic, I have to call or drop by a branch with the ATM receipt. This is nice when you get stuck somewhere that only accpets cash and the only ATM in 20 miles is their private one that charges a $15 fee.
