I hate shit like this too. Someone could really have gotten hurt, had a heart attack, had a panic attack, been trampled, fallen down and hit their head, etc. There’s enough of this kind of mess/horror happening in the world that creating it on purpose is just uber disrespectful. She should be charged with reckless

I see:

Well she’s a terrible asshole, at the least. And frankly this fills me with rage. If I was in that car I would have lost my shit. How can someone think that’s ok? Not ok.

Ok so she’s a fucking bitch. The people on the train??? They couldn’t all have been on it. If someone did that to me, I would seriously sue her. And frankly, I think the MTA should. She disrupted the fucking system because someone freaked and pulled the brake. Yea, no. I was an actor in a past life and I STILL think

I think narcissist is the word you are looking for

Hire her, then when she shows up for work, tell her the process was all ‘performance art’ and her getting the job was just a prank.

“I did this to show how people react to situations with homeless people and people with mental health,” so now people are going to be even less likely to react in a humane and compassionate manner? Because it could be someone in distress, or it could be an attention-seeking brat.

It seems like disorderly public conduct no matter how you slice it.

Completely in agreement with this entire statement. It’s the weaving in and out of traffic that is dangerous.

Actually, in most cases, guy tailgating me usually has a lane to the left available to pass.

Here’s what I do... I can’t afford a $300 speeding ticket, so I only go as fast as the limit. Period.

What you’re experiencing is that grand ol’ American independence (sometimes referred to as “fuck you, I got mine”)

I also agree that people should not hang out in the left lane, and “it forces people to make dangerous moves trying to pass you on the right” is pure bullshit.

Almost invariably the flow of traffic is 5mph OVER the established speed limit. If you are going faster than that, you are the asshole. I’ve said before, the left lane should be a passing lane, but if you are needing to pass EVERYONE(which is what you are doing by weaving in and out of traffic), YOU are the one in the

Too many of the people complaining that everyone should “get out of their way” are in situations where the right lane is going 5mph over, the left lane is going 10mph over, and they think they have some Satan-given right to go 15-20mph over the speed limit.

Yep, this right here... In my state, it’s kind of an unspoken thing that outside city limits you can legally go 5mph over the speed limit. Which, is wrong, but police seem to agree with it. The general rationale is that less than 5mph over, the ticket cost wouldn’t be worth their time and energy.

On the other hand, people don’t have a right to drive ONE mph over the speed limit. Not one. The left-hand lane is not the “laws don’t apply to me” lane, and people need to remember that too. If you are a criminal reckless driver, that’s not the responsiblility or problem of the law-abiding safe drivers around you.

While I do agree that slower drivers should stay to the right, it should also be noted that drivers who weave in and out of traffic are equally huge assholes. Frankly, THAT guy is the cause of the accident. Follow the flow of traffic, wait for the opportunity to go around the slow driver and THEN move on. The accident
