Well, I honestly think it shouldn’t differ in terms of how it’s done. The developers can easily make different art or use older models as an example for those players if they can’t get rights to an artwork.

That’s not what is implied though. They are not going after the body parts or the players using them. The developers are using copyrighted art without asking.
