This story should open with Cyclops coming to a podium and announcing that the X-Men have acquired Kamala in exchange for the rights to whoever got the least votes in the last team election.

The only one of these I particular have an opinion on is Andy Serkis, who absolutely should have been nominated for Andor.

It’s a masterclass in how to get it both right and wrong. Amazing.

I hope you mean embarrassing for the movie, and not you, because you should not be at all embarrassed you can’t understand that incoherent mess of a movie.

The Prestige is the prettiest movie Nolan has made, imo. All of the magical effects are in the performances though. No mechanical trickery, the games are all played by the leads and the conclusion lands something like a bomb too.

It’s embarrassing but I’ve watched it twice and there are still things I don’t get.

...but do I have to look down to look him in the eye?

Okay, two things:

The animated GI Joe is so good. We might have to fight about this.

at a random point during the film, “an image of a partially undressed woman appeared on screen for several seconds before being removed”.

Now playing

Several seconds? Amateurs. Did they learn nothing from Tyler Durden? You’re only supposed to add a bunch of frames of it.

Kids these days.... back in the early 90s, we had to settle for 160 mg of caffeine in our Jolt Colas! It’d take us a whole Jolt and a chaser of Surge just to keep up.

Agreed.  Hugh didn’t put all that work in for nothin’.

Well yeah, we already saw at WrestleMania this year how unsafe Prime is.

It’s wild that Tom Cruise is now older than Jon Voight was in the original Mission: Impossible.

Uhhh...pretty sure it’s not easy being green, dude.

THATS MUPPET RACISM!!!!

Look, in no way do I want to defend Disney, but you seem to have forgotten that the prequel movies exist, and they are far worse films than the sequels. You also seem to have forgotten Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.

While true. The main brunt of things like lockdowns, social distancing, and limitations are gone. Covid isn’t going away permanently. Difference is now we have vaccines and medication that can help against it.

I will not rest until the Snoopy Sno-Cone Maker gets the epic trilogy it deserves.
