Sony really dropped the ball on their business model for the PS3. I'm sure they were expecting 15-20 million more consoles sold by this point, given the success of the PS2; and in a couple years, it's going to have to compete with the next next gen from Microsoft and Nintendo, while still being committed to a ten year…

My friend is a Comcast technician. According to him, working for them may be just as bad as getting service from them.
