Its kinda like the film “Rosemary’s Baby”. You want to like the neighbors, even though you know they are Satan worshipers, so you chuckle a few times, but by the end you are terrified of them.

My parents are both in their 70’s, and my mom (who is 3/4 Korean) and dad are not known for getting their news online, but even they had heard about the article JS wrote. How do I know this? Because they were so upset by it they put a block on their computers stopping anyone from reaching Gawker Media websites. I was

They have gotten rid of several good writers in the past month, I am thinking especially of Mark Shayber (sp?). But have kept people like Jordan Sargent on, and after seeing that Degas painting move (something I will never be able to unsee) in such a context, this “writer”. I wonder how this will all turn out for

OMFG, she is awful! It is almost as if I can feel the Narcissistic Personality Disorder sweating through her glands. I actually had to stop reading. How can a person, who’s job it is to write for a blog that is driven by clicks, be so dismissive and mean to her readers. How does she still have a job? OMFG!

Yeah, I did. And when I replied to Ms. Browns last post mentioning that fact, she has clammed up.

If I could make heads or tails of what you had typed (I did not say written), I would respond. Are you referring to me or Ms. Brown.? Because I can not honestly tell. What connections are you speaking of? I was once in Seattle when I was 12, but I don’t think I left enough of an impression on the city that I would

It happened by Kara Browns second posting. At first I was a little confused, I had assumed you had to make a racist, homophobic, xenophobic, or some other like comment. Little did I know that Ms. Brown was so sensitive that even a simple opinion would get you dismissed.

?

I am going to take the fact that I was banished back to the greys at the same time we hit loggerheads as a coincidence and not Gawker Media trying to quiet dissent (as minor as it maybe) I could understand if I had been racist or dismissive, but I was neither. The perfect way to show your hand, eh?

Who doesn’t need some white woman living in NYC to tell a person of another race and culture how to feel about their media representation?

I am not one to try to take away someones agency and I am sorry if it seemed that way. I was giving my view on the situation and the fact that I find a bar named “Chop Suey” more offensive then the term “sidekick”. When I hear the words “Chop Suey” all I can think about is that racist musical.

I am part Asian (Korean) and female. And back in the greys it would appear...

Sorry, but it seems to be reaching. If they had referred to her as a “dragon lady” or “lotus blossom”, I could understand. But then again I am not her.....

Honestly, that has to be the last thing that came to this part Asians mind. I would of taken offense at the words “Macklemore” and “hella”.

I love me some Taffy......

I thought that the fact that I can’t eat anything spicy after 8pm unless I want to be up all night with heartburn made me old. I was wrong. The fact that “This Boy is Mine” is almost 20 years old, makes me old.

Is that really a brand a young model wants to be associated with? Last time I saw Tommy Hilfiger clothes they were on the discount rack at Burlington Coat Factory ( a great place to buy socks). I guess Yolanda’s Swiss monkey gland injection therapy has to be paid for one way or another.

Their anniversary celebration was even more picturesque. I remember the spread in Hello Magazine and I still get chills. If I remember it’s was Arabian Nights themed and involved many costume changes.

Don’t you mean ageless?

I would upload the clip, but Kinja won’t let my phone do it. You can find it on YouTube or the Bravo website. From what I gathered it was discovered during a high colonic. Because, of course...
