The rule of thumb that I have heard is that cold water ocean fish such as Salmon or Tuna is perfectly safe (and preferable in my opinion), to cook with translucency remaining in the middle. That lettering is about the same quality of workmanship you find on the interior of a Fiat today!

That’s true around Chicago, but otherwise it was 65. However, unless I’m mistaken, that got changed to 70 mph last year (I moved just before this happened, those bastards!).
