What always kind of bothers me about concepts like this, and why the future will never look like these, is because there generally isn't much realism in the design. Real projects take shape through design and engineering decisions that directly influence the look and function of an object. These concepts usually just

I don't think that's too much to ask at all. Your skills and time and friendship are valuable, and you shouldn't have to worry about your car and your clutch. Yes, but they continue to keep cars running from the time that the embargo started in 1960. They didn't go bringing back junked Model T Fords (perhaps some did, but the vast majority did not) and only drive those cars from there on out.

I'm not disputing any of those facts. However, it is absolutely unbelievable that those are the only vehicles that would survive. Especially since there are more in these pictures than you see on the road TODAY.

In the future there will only be cars from the 80's.
